Pool
Access to the pool is every day from 08:00 to 19:00, sunbeds cannot be booked.
SPA
Access to the SPA is by reservation. The package includes exclusive entry for 2 people or for 4 people. Here are the details.
Payments
Upon arrival we will immediately process the payment for the stay and issue the receipt or electronic ticket (any extras or expenses incurred during the stay will still be counted at check out).
Rooms and cleaning
The room is cleaned no later than 12:30.
Security
It is not permitted to leave electronic devices connected in the room if unattended.
Do you provide luggage storage?
Yes, and it is free.
Smokers
As in any public facility, smoking in the room is not permitted.
What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast time is from 8:00 to 10:30, after having consumed breakfast, access to the room is no longer permitted unless agreed with the management.

Bicycle and unicycle storage
If you are interested in bringing your own bicycles, please inform us before arrival as our space is limited. The storage of each bicycle is subject to a cost of € 5 per day for each bicycle.
Room Cleaning
Room cleaning service is available until 12:30 p.m., if the room is occupied we cannot guarantee the service.
Parking
We have two car parks, one on site and the other 100 metres away (fenced), both of which are unguarded. Your parking space will be available for the entire duration of your stay until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The cost of parking is €8 per day. The choice of parking space is at the sole discretion of the Madison Hotel, which will decide which space to assign based on occupancy. Booking is recommended, as places are limited.
Are bicycles available?
Yes. Up to a maximum of 2 hours. No later than 00:00.
If you wish to have a bicycle available for the whole day, we invite you to rent one at a shop about 200 m. from us. Hotel Madison declines any responsibility for the use of its own bicycles and any breakage is the customer's responsibility. Bicycles cannot be booked.
What are the details of Check in and Check out?
- The room is available from 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival, however we will take care of delivering the room as soon as possible.
- Access to the room is permitted only to people who have been registered. Any person (friends, family members, etc.) not registered will be able to go up to the room only for a few minutes and in any case always at the discretion of the management.
- It is not permitted to use the room services (shower, bathroom, bed, etc.) if you have not performed the regular check in and paid the daily rate.
- Check in and therefore entry to the room is expected until 10:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-in after 10:00 pm and until 00:00 will have an extra cost of €25/room. Check-in after midnight is not permitted, which will therefore be postponed to the following day always with the same methods indicated above.
- Check in is always in person and after checking documents even if previously registered with Check in online.
- Check-out: no later than 10:00 on the day of departure with the possibility (if available) to purchase late check out (until 17:30) for €35/person.
